This policy explains what information VivaMomentum collects when you visit www.vivamomentum.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site you accept the practices described here.

VivaMomentum is a content website published at www.vivamomentum.com. For any privacy question, or to make a request about your personal data, use our contact form.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us. If you send a message through our contact form, leave a comment, or subscribe to our email list, we receive what you type – typically your name, your email address and your message. You choose whether to give us this.
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our server and the services we use record technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, the page you asked for, the page that referred you, and the date and time. This information is used to serve the site, keep it secure, understand which articles are read, and display advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies. See section 3.
We do not sell products directly on this site, and we do not ask for or store payment card details.
3. Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags. This site uses them for:

- Analytics – understanding, in aggregate, which pages are read and how people arrive.

Google. Google, including Google AdSense, is one of the advertising partners serving ads on this site as a third-party vendor. Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Other advertising partners. Third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google may also serve ads on this site and may use cookies to do so. 5. Analytics
We use analytics services to understand in aggregate how the site is used – which articles are read, how long people stay, and which sources send visitors. This reporting is aggregated and is not used to identify individual readers.
6. Email
If you subscribe to our email list, we use your email address to send the content you signed up for and occasional related updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not sell or rent our email list.
7. How we use the information
We use the information described above to publish and operate the site, respond to messages you send us, send email you have asked for, measure and improve our content, display advertising that pays for the site, keep the site secure and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: consent (for advertising and non-essential cookies, and for marketing email), legitimate interests (operating, securing and improving the site), and legal obligation where the law requires it.
8. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
Information is shared with the service providers who make the site work, and only for that purpose: our web host, our advertising partner Ezoic and the advertising networks it works with, our analytics provider, our email provider, and security and anti-spam services.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property, and, if the site is ever sold or transferred, to the new owner as part of that transfer.
Some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States, so your information may be transferred and processed there.
9. How long we keep it
Contact form messages and comments are kept while they remain useful for the purpose you sent them. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Server and security logs are kept for a short period and then rotated. Advertising and analytics data is retained by those providers according to their own policies.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold. No website can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee it.
11. Your rights in Europe and the UK (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time – including your advertising and cookie consent, which you can change using the consent link on the site.

12. Your rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the purposes we use it for, to request a copy of it, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some sharing of information with advertising partners for personalised advertising may be treated as a sale or as sharing under California law; you can opt out of personalised advertising using the consent controls on this site and the industry opt-out links in section 4. 13. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and this site is not directed at them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Other websites
Our articles link to other websites, and advertisements link to advertisers websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. When you follow a link away from VivaMomentum, that site has its own privacy policy and it applies.
15. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or our providers change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
